Donal has been involved in the pub business from many angles…as an owner, developer, manager and…always…as an advocate for continual business development and profit enhancement. For the past fifteen years, he has also been an integral partner of the the Guinness Irish Pub Concept, the benchmark standard for pubs globally. Ballance Hospitality works with Diageo Guinness USA and Diageo Europe to support new Pub Development.
